The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a point-based system to assess the eligibility of candidates for the Express Entry System. If you are one of the top scorers, you will be invited to apply for Permanent Residency. Canadian degrees/certificates, a job offer in Canada, nomination from a province or territory – all these can leverage your score, increasing your chances of getting an invite.

There is a massive demand for skilled workforce in Quebec, the largest province of Canada. QSWP is a points-based program, and candidates with proficiency in the French language will have the edge over the others. You will receive a Quebec Selection Certificate if your profile matches their requirement. After this, you can apply for Permanent Residence (PR) in Canada.

Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents of age 18 years and above, can sponsor their partner, children, family, and other dependants to live with them in Canada through this program.

Foreign nationals who desire to come to Canada as caregivers for children (below the age of 18), the elderly (above the age of 65), or for people with disabilities can gain entry through this program. This involves a contract to be signed between the prospective employer and the candidate. The employer must apply to HRSDC or Service Canada (SC) who will review the job offer for its adherence to provincial guidelines. The employer must receive a favourable Labour Market Opinion (LMO), a copy of which is mandatory to be with the candidate when applying for the visa.
